Ingredients -
1 Whole Cabbage
2-3 Carrots
2-3 Red Tomatoes
2-3 Green Capsicum
2 Red Onions
1 Cup Of Chopped Cilantro
Pinch of Red Food Color(Organic)
1/2 Tsp Tandoori Masala
Salt To Taste
Instructions -
1. De-Seed the tomatoes and thinly slice them along with carrots, green capsicum, red onions and cabbage.
2. Add all the chopped veggies in a bowl.
3. In a mason jar, add one whole lemon juice, salt, chopped cilantro, pinch of red food coloring, 1/2 Tsp of Tandoori Masala.
4. Close it with lid and shake well so that everything is combined completely..
5. Pour over the prepared veggies.
6. Mix well and serve
