Cinnamon Rolls with Walnuts and ChocoChips !!!

      #CinnamonRolls is a sweet pastry roll filled with loads of cinnamon, brown sugar, melted butter.. This super soft, gooey, delicious, decadent buns were originated in Scandinavian city of Northern Europe.

It is super simple to make. fills your kitchen with mesmerizing aroma and is perfect thingy to go with Hot Coffee.

To make this die-for delicacy, you need - 

Ingredients -- For the Dough - 1 Pac of DCL Instant Yeast | 1/2 Cup Double Cream Milk | 1/4 Cup Sugar | 1/3 Cup Melted Butter | 1 Egg | 2-3 Cups Of All Purpose OR Self Rising Flour + extra, if required to bring the dough together

For the Filling - 1/2 Cup Melted Butter | 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar | 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder | 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts | 1 Cup Hershey's unsweetened Choco Chips

Instructions - Warm the milk and butter till just boiling point. Sprinkle yeast and give a random stir. Let it rest for 5 mins to activate the yeast. 

Note - Make sure you use fresh yeast else your dough will not rise.

Sift the flour and salt in a bowl. Mix randomly. Make a well in middle of the flour.

Pour the lukewar mixture of milk, butter and yeast. Whisk egg in a ramekin and pour over the butter yeast mixture.

Using a spatula fold in just until everything is well combined.

Grease the same bowl with either butter or oil and keep the partially kneaded dough. Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let it rest, so that dough rises and is almost double in volume.

Once the dough is well risen, flour a clean surface. knead the dough to form a smooth ball.

Again spread flour on the same surface. Dust a rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough in a thick rectangular sheet.

In a bowl mix together brown sugar and cinnamon powder.

Melt butter and spread evenly on the rolled pastry sheet. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mix all over the sheet followed by chopped walnuts and choco chips..

Start length wise and roll out the dough to form a tight log.

Using a pastry cutter, divide the dough into 12 equal parts to form buns, trimming off the edges.

Place the buns in a baking tray and cover with damp cloth. Leave it at a warm place again to let it rise.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Deg' till golden brown in color. Your kitchen will smell like a professional bakery once they are baked.

Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 10-15 min while you prepare the glaze.. as glaze is important..

|To Prepare the Glaze ..

Whisk together equal amount of Room Temperature Cream cheese, unsalted butter till smooth and creamy. Add in sugar(as per the desired sweetness, pinch of salt, vanilla essence and milk(according to the required consistency). whisk well using a electric hand mixer till everything is well combined and you have a creamy mixture.

Pour the glaze over the Cinnabons and spread evenly.

Serve Hot with coffee... Totally ideal for breakfast or snack.
