#Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients -
1 Cup Butter - Softened at Room Tempearture
3 Cup - Powdered Sugar _ best know as confectioner's sugar
1 Tsp - Vanilla Essence
2-3 Tbsp Of Chilled Heavy Cream
Instructions -
Add butter to a mixing bowl and whisk on high speed till creamy.
Add in Powdered sugar and continue whisking till well combined.
Add Vanilla essence and heavy cream to get a semi thick consistency.
Refrigerate for min 2 Hours to let the frosting set.
Once the cake is ready, spread the frosting evenly.
#Choco ButterCream Frosting
Ingredients -
1 Cup Butter _ at room temperature | 3 Cup Powdered Sugar | 2-3 Tbsp Coco Powder | 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence | 2-3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
Instructions -
In a chilled bowl add all the ingredients and whisk till thick and creamy in consistency.
Refrigerate till you are ready to use them.
