Double Choco Cookies...

Ingredients -

1 + 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour | 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar |

 2 X 1/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar | 1 Egg | 1 Tsp Baking Powder |

1 Tsp Baking Soda | 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence | A Pinch Of Salt |

115 gm Melted/Room Temperature Unsalted Butter |

2 + 1/2 Tbsp Coco Powder | 200 Gm Dark Chocolate | 2 Cups Unsweetened Hershey's Choco Chips

Instructions

Cream together butter and both sugars.

Add in the egg and mix well. Sift in all tge dry ingredients i.e. Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Coco Powder in the butter-sugar mixture.

Gently mix in everything until everything is well combined.

Add in the chopped dark chocolate chunks and choco chips.

Mix till well combined..

To Bake - Preheat oven at 180 Degree for 10 Mins.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out the cookie dough on the prepared baking tray(7-8 cookie balls per batch). 

Place the baking tray on the center rack and bake for 15 Mins.

Remove the baking tray from the oven once done and let the cookies rest on it for about 10 mins. Add additional choco chip morsels on baked cookies while still hot for a fancier presentation..
