Indian Fried Chicken πŸ—πŸ—

#Recipe of the Day is Chicken Kentucky. It is very famous in the restaurants (commonly known as "Dhabas") On Indian Highways. Super delicious, crispy, deep fried in hot oil and served with cabaage salad.

Here is the exact recipe for it, so that you can make it as a starter for your family gathering or any party.

Ingredients - 

Chicken on Bones - 1 KG or 2 Chicken(Ideal for serving 6 Person) | Ginger-Garlic Paste 2-3 Tbsp | Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp | Lemon Juice 1/2 Cup | Salt To Taste | Natco Tandoori Masala - 2 Tbsp | Vinegar - 1 Tbsp | Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp | 1 Cup yogurt + For frying - Oil, Corn Flour, Eggs

Instructions -

Clean and wash chicken. Keep in a strainer to remove the excess water. Make sure you wash the chicken properly else there will be blood residues left behind.

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except Soy sauce, vinegar, yogurt, corn flour and eggs.

Cover it with a cling wrap and set aside preferably overnight or min 8-10 Hours.

Before frying, add in corn flour, eggs, vinegar, soy sauce, yogurt_ with just enough quantity that all the chicken is well coated.

Heat oil in a wok and make it hot. Deep Fry till well done.

Note - When you add chicken in the oil, let it set for 10 mins else all the marinate will leave the chicken and it will taste bland.
