Ok.. So yesterday 9th July, 2020 we went for seafood shopping at a local hypermarket and bought some gorgeous fish and tiger prawns to kick start our weekend.. Guess nothing is more exotic then that..
Well for fish we went with our regular marinade of Ginger-Garlic Paste, Turmeric, red chili powder, salt to taste, mango powder, lemon juice, carom seeds..
And for Prawns since they were the star ingredient of the night, we tried a new marinate with literally just 4 Ingredients and it turned to simply amazing and perfect.. Guess the picture on the right says it all..
So here's the superb recipe for it -
Tiger Prawns π¦π¦
For Marinate - Mayonnaise | Dried Parsley | Red Chili Flakes Or Cayenne Pepper Or Both | Lemon Juice ππ and Zest | Salt To Taste
For Cooking - Olive Oil | Butter Cubes π§
Equipment - a mixing bowl, spatula, oven tray, foil.
Start with marination - Add the prawns in the mixing bowl(thoroughly cleaned).
Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Cover with cling wrap and let the prawns get drenced in the spices and mayonnaise for 4-5 Hours.
Line a oven tray with aluminium foil Grease with oil. Preheat your ove at 250 Deg'
Lay the prawns on top of the prepared oven tray. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle red chili flakes/cayenne pepper and parsley on top it.
Put small slice of butter on each prawn and grill for exactly 12 mins.
Once done, remove the tray from oven, squeeze out some lemon juice and serve immediately.
