Ingredients - Lemon Juice and Zest | 1 Cup Softened Butter | Mixed Herbs - Parsley, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Oregano | Red Chili and garlic Flakes | Salt To Taste
And ofcourse - Chicken _ you can use whatever cut you like - Thighs, wings, drumsticks OR Simply whole chicken | Oil for Basting
Instructions --
Step 1 - Clean and wash the chicken. Place them in a plate and pat dry using a Kitchen Towel.
Step 2 - Prepare the marinade - In a small bowl, add butter alongwith all the herbs, lemon juice and zest, salt to taste. chili flakes, garlic flakes and a pinch of cayenne pepper(for some color). Mix well.
Marinate the chicken with the prepared butter-herb mixture. Mix well.
Cover with cling wrap and leave it for marination, for about 5-6 Hours.
Before grilling, drizzle olive oil on top of the marinated chicken and mix well.
Heat a Griddle/skillet on high flame, Grease with Oil and grill the chicken equally on both sides till well done. Baste with oil frequently while grilling the chicken.
Serve hot with your choice of Salad..
