Chaat Masala is very common in every Indian household as it goes well with all types of snacks, a bowl of fruits, fried chicken, fritters etc. etc..
It's spicy, tangy taste is quite appealing to the palate.
If you are a fan of chaat masala and are more keen on homemade stuff then this recipe is specially for you.
Ingredients -
200 gm Coriander Seeds | 200 gm Cumin Seeds | 50/100 gm Dried Red Chili _as per your tolerance of heat level |100 gm Black Salt | 25 gm Lemon Salt | 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder | Salt to taste
Instructions - Dry roast Coriander Seeds, cumin, red chilies.
Let it cool down completely once done.
Grind to a coarsely fine mixture.
Remove in a mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well until everything is well combined.
Add salt if required.
Store in a Air Tight container at cool place. Can be stored for maximum 5-6 months.
