Ingredients - Chicken on bones (1 Chicken cut into 4 Pieces) | 1 Cup Ginger-Garlic Paste | 2 Tbsp Natco Tandoori Masala | 1 Cup Yogurt(Whisk the yogurt in a bowl before adding in any stew or using it for any marinade, as it gives a smooth silky texture) | 1/2 Tsp Red Food Coloring. | Salt to taste | 3 Lemon Juice. | 1 Cup Paste of green chili and coriander leaves. | 1 Tsp Dark red chili powder.
Instructions - Clean the chicken to remove excess fat and unwanted residues. Wash the chicken. Make deep cuts, using a sharp knife. Pat dry to remove the extra moisture.
Add all the ingredients alongwith chicken in a bowl. Mix well so that everything is well combined. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for about 8-10 Hours.
Grill it on a BBQ Stand as shown in the attached oven.(Option 1)
Option 2 - Grill it in your OTG or cooking range oven. Once done, keep it in a casserole or a glass bowl. Place a small ramekin in between the prepared chicken. Add a piece of burning coal in it. Drizzle ghee or melted butter on it. Place the lid on it and let the smoke get infused in the chicken.
Serve Hot with onion tomato salad, Lemon wedges and yogurt dip.

Note - You can preserve left over marinade for Butter Chicken gravy as it is full of flavors.
