Kache Kheeme Ke Kababs

It is late night here in DXB.. Am super sleepy and tired to write any detailed introduction for my below recipe.. So I will come straight to the list of ingredients and prep' thing to make this... :(

Ingredients - 1 Kg Minced Beef | 1 Cup Crispy Fried Onions | 1 Cup Chopped Cilantro | 1 Bunch of medium size Mint Leaves | 1 Tbsp Green Chili Paste | 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste | 1 Pac of Store brought Seekh Kabab Masala | Additional Salt, only if required.  | 2-3 Lemon Juice + Additional for serving | Oil for frying

Instructions - Clean and Wash the minced beef. Keep it in a strainer and press gently to remove all excess water.

Remove the beef in a large plate and add all the ingredients, accept oil.

Mix well. adjust the seasoning.

Take small portions and flatten them between your palms. Arrange them in a plate and refrigerate for about 1 Hr to let the Kababs set.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry.

Serve hot with Naan, onion rings, tomato slices, lemon wedges and mint leaves. Mint Yogurt
