Ingredients -
Chunks of cottage cheese | pinch of turmeric | Natco Tandoor Masala | Salt to taste | 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste | 1 Cup Yogurt(Just to bind the marinade) | Chopped cilantro | 1 Tsp green chili paste | 1 Lemon Juice and zest. A pinch of Kasuri Methi and mango powder(Both optional)
Instructions -
Marinate the cottage cheese with all ingredients along with some veggies(onion cubes, green/red/orange/yellow bell pepper cubes), in a bowl or a deep plate.
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for Min 1 Hour Or till just before you start your BBQ/Grill.
Add oil in the cottage cheese/veggies bowl. Mix well. Thread the cheese cubes with alternate layer of veggies on wet skewers.
Grill till you get a good sear and they are well cooked with good sear, with random brushing oil on them.
Serve hot with mint dip and onion rings..
Note - You can go for any veggies of your choice - Mushrooms, just red bellpeppers, Zucchini. And soak the skewers in water for atleast an hour before you start using them.. You can throw some baby potatoes in the grill as well for an excellent side..
