BlackPepper Lamb Chops..

Dt': 8th June, 2020.

This one is the easiest Lamb Chops recipe which I always use on every Eid-Al-Adha.

It is super simple to make with minimal spices, easily available in your pantry.

Ingredients -1 Cup Yogurt, 1 Tbsp Crushed BlackPepper, 1 Tbsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice and Zest, Salt to taste | And ofcourse _ Lamb Chops.. 

For garnish - Chopped cilantro, slitted green chilies and lemon juice..

Instructions - Marinade the Chops and refrigerate overnight.

Heat some oil in a pressure cooker.

Add the chops alongwith the marinade and little water.. Close the cooker lid and cook till partially tender. 

Shallow fry in oil till well done.

Garnish with chopped cilantro, slitted green chilies and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Serve Hot

Note - You can use the leftover cooked marinade as gravy to serve with rice or Shirmaal(Indian baked bread)
