Bechamel(White) Sauce

Ingredients -
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour(Maida)
1-2 Cup Milk
For Seasoning -
Chili Flakes, Salt To Taste, Bay Leaves, Dried Parsley
Instructions -
Heat a Cast Iron Skillet.
Add butter and flour. Stir it constantly so that no lumps are formed.
Pour in milk and let it simmer for 5-10 Mins with constant stir.
When the sauce is semi thick add in all the seasoning and mix well.
Cook the sauce till it is thick in consistency. Do a taste check and add salt, if required.
Remove the Bay Leave and let it rest for 5 Mins before adding it in the Pasta..
