Chicken 65

 

Marinated chicken sauteed in 65 Curry Leaves, thus called "Chicken 65" is unique in itself and is another comfort food which goes well with zeera rice and Khatti Daal

Ingredients - 1 Kg Boneless Chicken Cubes | 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste | A Pinch of Red Food Color | Salt To Taste | 2 Tsp Natco Tandoori Masala | 1 Lemon Juice and Zest | 1 Cup Yogurt | Some chopped Cilantro leaves for garnish

For Cooking - Oil, Mustard Seeds, Chopped Tomatoes and ofcourse Curry Leaves

Instructions - Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight for perfect results.

Heat oil in a wok, add mustard seeds. Cook for about 5 sec.

Add in the curry leaves and some chopped ginger-garlic. saute for about 5-10 mins.

Add chopped tomatoes and fry well till tender.

Stir in the marinated chicken and cook till well done.

Garnish with chopped cilantro, slitted green chilies. Drizzle lemon juice. 

Give a random stir and serve hot.

You need....

Saute Onions with salt, bay leaves

Add Chickn, ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes

Add Curry Leaves to maintain the crunch

Cook till tender, garnish with coriander leaves
