Prawns Fry...

Ingredients -
1 KG Prawns
Ginger-Garlic Paste | Red Chili Powder | Pinch Of Turmeric | Salt To Taste | Green Chili & Coriander Paste | Lemon Juice and zest + Plus Oil For Frying
Instructions -
Marinate the prawns with all the ingredients and let it rest for a good 5-6 Hours. This will allow the prawns to soak up the marinade.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the prawns for 10-12 Mins, till well done.
Serve hot with Garlic Sauce and Cilantro-Garlic Chutney.
