NoBake Pineapple ๐Ÿ๐ŸCheese Cake

This one is the easiest cheesecake ever made, with just handful of ingredients.

"No gelatin required.. And since there is no baking required as well, it is classic in itself."

Ingredients -1 Pac of Foster Clark's Pineapple Jello | 8 Kiri Cream Cheese Cubes | 1 Cup Whipped Cream | 1 Pac of Marie Or Digestive Biscuits | 1 tbsp of Melted Butter | 1 tbsp of Castor Sugar | 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence | 1 Cup PineApple Pieces ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ | 1 Cup Strawberries ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“

Instructions - Prepare the Pineapple Jello as per the packet instructions and keep it aside to cool down.

Using a rolling pin, crush the biscuits to sand like consistency. Add melted butter and 1 tbsp of Sugar. Mix well and spread on a greased 9" inch springform cake tin.

In a mixing bowl, put the cream cheese cubes and beat on high speed using electric mixer, till creamy in consistency.

In another, bowl(chilled) add the heavy cream and whip on high speed till thick in consistency and you get soft peaks.

Add only half of the jello else it will be too sweet in taste(while still in liquid form) and whipped cream in the cream cheese bowl along with the Vanilla Essence.

Using a spatula, mix well until everything is well combined. Pour this mixture on the prepared crust.

Tap gently to make a firm layer and remove excess air.

Refrigerate overnight Or till the jello is completely set.

Decorate with pineapple slices or chunks as shown in the attached pic.

Cut into slices and serve immediately.
