Mini Chicken Skewers !!!

Excellent option for starters in parties or for in-house BBQ's by simply using a electric griller OR a grill pan.

To make these mouth watering chicken skewers you need - Boneless chicken cubes

For marination - Ginger-Garlic Paste | Natco Tandoori Masala | Americana Salt | Lime Juice and zest |  Pinch of Red Chili Powder | 1 Tbsp Yogurt(Just to bind the marinate) | 1 Tsp Parsley +++ Onion cubes | Green and red Bell Pepper cubes, 1 TBSP OIL 

+ Oil for Basting and ofcourse Skewers or Toothpicks.

Instructions - Wash the chicken. Pat dry and keep it on a plate. In a bowl, add all the ingredients under marination.. Add in the chicken cubes alongwith onions, bell peppers. Mix well so that everything is well combined. Cover with cling wrap and leave to marinate(For 5-6 Hours)

Soak the skewers in water for 3-4 Hours. This will refrain the marinate to stick on the skewers.

Thread the chicken alongwith onions and bell peppers on the skewers. With a pastry brush rub oil on each and keep aside.

Turn on the grill and make it hot, Grill the skewers till well done. Do not move them till you get a good sear on all sides, brushing oil frequently. No color No flavor

Remove on plate, drizzle some more Lemon Juice and Serve hot with cuccumber salad and mint yogurt dip.
