Another crowd pleasing and delicious recipe made up with minimal ingredients, which will be 100% Hit in your next party. "Mark my words"

Ingredients - Some ground Mutton Or beef | 1 tbsp crushed green chili | 1 Lemon Juice | 1 Tsp Chili Flakes | 1 tbsp crushed cloves of garlic | 1 Tbsp Seekh Kabab Masala(Optional) | Salt To TasteInstructions - Clean and wash the grounded mutton/beef. Keep it in a strainer to remove excess water.

Transfer it to a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Season with salt.

Mix well to combine everything.

Make small balls and transfer it in a heavy bottom pan or pot, keeping some distance between each ball..

Turn on the flame and keep the pot with the meat balls. Cover the lid and let it cook till the meat balls release the over and are partially cooked.(On Medium flame)

Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the meat balls till well done. Make sure you do not over cook them else they will become dry.

Serve Hot with onion rings(tossed with lemon juice, salt), lemon wedges, mint leaves and tomato rings.
