Sweet Cocunut Bars 🥥🥥🥥🥥

This one is a treat for all the coconut lovers out there. Super simple and easy to make with just 3-4 Ingredients and will be ready in maximum 1 Hour.
Ingredients -
4 Cups Grated coconut 🥥🥥
4 Cups Sugar
2 Cup Coco Powder
Melted ghee to grease the plate/sheen in which we will set the Barfi.
Instructions - Take a Non stick kadhai. Add 2 Cups of coconut and sugar. Stir it constantly till the sugar is melted, scraping out the bottom to make sure nothing sticks to the pan. Pour this mixture in the greased tray or plate and spread evenly to form a smooth surface.
Once done keep it aside.
Reheat the same Kadhai, add remaining coconut, sugar and coco powder. Mix it well to combine everything. Cook till the sugar is melted. Pour this mixture on top of the prepared white coconut mix. Spread evenly to form a smooth surface.
You will get 2 Layers of Barfi - One Plain and one with coco...
Once the barfi is hard and at room temperature, cut it into diagonal pieces.
Place them in a plate to serve. You can refrigerate it in air tight jar/container for 2-3 Weeks.
