Baked Pasta In Pink Sauce

Pasta is a perfect meal for any occassion be it dinner with family or friends. It is one of the most versatile dishes out there.
Below is my go to recipe for HomeMade Baked Pasta which is super delicious, pretty much easy to make without any hustles. Pink Sauce Pasta because it has both white(bechamel) and red pasta sauces.
Ingredients -
1 Pac of Italian Pasta | 1 Cup of Boneless Chicken_chopped into bite size pieces. | 1 Cup Sliced Capsicum/Brocoli | 1 Cup Corn Kennels | 1 Bottle of Pasta Sauce | 1 Cup Bechamel Sauce | Mixed Herbs - Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Thyme Or Italian Seasoning | Red Chili Flakes | One Clove of garlic | Salt To Taste | Lemon Zest |Olive Oil for cooking | Parmesan + Mozarella Cheese.
Instructions -
Heat Oil in a wok. Add minced garlic cloves and cook for 10 mins/till you get burning aroma. Add in chicken pieces and saute till it releases its water and is white in color. Add in chopped capsicum/brocoli and corn. Cook till partially tender. Season with salt, vinegar, soy sauce, parsley, pinch of red chili flakes, tabasco sauce(Optional) and lemon zest.
Boil water in a pot with 1 tbsp Cooking oil and 2 Tbsp Salt. Add in Pasta and cook till el dente'.
Strain the cooked pasta and pass it under tap water to stop the cooking process. Transfer it in a pot and drizzle some more oil so that it does not stick to each other. Add cooked chicken, capsicum and corn, alongwith bechamel sauce and pasta sauce. Gently mix together until everything is well combined. Do a taste check for salt.
Put it in a baking tray, top it parmesan and mozarella cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano, parsley and red chili flakes.
Preheat oven at 250 Deg' for 20 Mins. Place the tray on the center rack and bake till the cheese melts.
Serve Hot.
