Garlicky StirFry Veggies
Good evening y'all...
Over the years my love for good chinese cuisine has grown alot.. be it Simple Fried rice, manchurian, chili chicken or american chopseuy, including Schezwan flavored rice and noodles.
But my all time favourite is definetly a quick easy peasy Stir Fry with burnt garlic flavor, served with hot noodles or just to munch on without any add-ons.
Here I am sharing my all time fav' _ tried and tested recipe for a quick, delicious STIR-FRY __ perfect for Amateur cooks, working people and all those who do not want to waste time in lengthy cooking... Perfect for week-day meals..
List of Ingredients -
A bowl of mixed veggies _ onions, bell peppers(green, yellow, red, orange), baby corn, baby carrots, broccollini or brocoli florets, snap peas, french beans.
Sauces - Vinegar(Plain Or Balsamic), Soy Sauce, Oyester Sauce, Worchestire Sauce, Tabasco Chili Sauce and honey for a sweet taste(optional)
Loads of garlic
Mixed Herbs
Salt to taste
Red Chili Flakes_ To add some spice
One Lemon Zest and Juice
1/2 cup of Knorr Veg Stock cubes
And Oil to cook
To Prep -
1. Clean, pat dry and chop all the veggies(in cubes) Or thinly sliced.
2. Heat a wok on high flame. Add chopped garlic. saute it till it is golden brown.
3. Add in all the sliced vegetables and keep stirring on High Flame till the veggies are tender, but still crunchy in texture. Drizzle with Olive Oil and stock simultaneously while stirring the veggies.
4. Stir in the sauces as per requirement along with all the herbs. Mix well and toss it further like a professional chef .. lol
Season with salt, red chili flakes.
Serve hot with Noodles or Steamed rice.
