Classic Coconut 🥥🥥 Macaroons !!!!

    Weekend means having some fun time with family... And what could be more exciting then baking some goodies together...

     So as a treat for all of you ... I have come up with the most delicious "Classic Coconut Macaroon" Recipe which is so delicious and can be made in less then an hour with handful of ingredients.

     It is basically a meringue cookie laced with sweetened coconut flakes, Vanilla and condensed milk..

To make this yummy delicacy, you need - 

Ingredients

Coconut Flakes(Sweetened) - 1 Cup 🥥🥥

Condensed Milk - 3 Tbsp 🥛🥄🥄🥄

2 Egg Whites 🥚🥚

Pinch Of Salt(Optional, but it elevates the flavors) 🧂

1 Tsp Of Vanilla Essence

1 Cup of Melted Chocolate to dip the  bottom of prepared macaroons 🍫

Instructions 

Step 1 - Line a Baking Tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2 - In a mixing bowl, add in the coconut flakes and condensed milk. Mix well to combine everything.

Step 3 - Prepare the meringue - In a clean grease free bowl, add the egg whites and whisk on high speed till soft peaks are reached

Step 4 - Gently fold in the meringue with the cocounut flakes mixture and mix till everything is well combined. Refrigerate for one hour to let the mixture set.

Step 5 - Scoop out the macroon mixture on the prepared baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven for 15-20 Min or until the macaroons have a golden crust.

Remove the tray from the oven and let the macaroons cool down.

Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a bowl and keep it ready.

Dip the bottom of the macaroon in the melted chocolate and keep it on a wire rack to let it set.

Place them on a serving plate and serve.
