Dt' 4th July, 2020 | Saturday 9:00 PM

"Japanese Cheese Cake" with amazing flavors is in my oven baking right there to complete the weekend.

It's super soft in texture just like a cotton ball, silky, light texture has topped my Dessert List and I would highly recommend it to all the dessert lovers.

Made up of flour, unsalted butter, cream cheese, eggs, sugar, milk the cheesecake comes up together very soon. And is not at all sweet as compared to the normal cheese cake.

To avoid any cracking it needs to be baked in a extremely hot water bath. This is the utmost important step in baking any cheese cake.

Ingredients

Eggs - 5 (White and yolks separated) | Flour - 1/2 Cup | Philadelphia Cream Cheese - 3/4 Cup | Sugar - 1/2 Cup | Milk -  60gm | Corn Starch - 1 tbsp | Lupark UnSalted Butter - 40gm | Pinch Of Salt, to elevate the flavors

Instructions

Preheat your oven at 120Degree for 1 Hour. Take a 18CM Baking pan and grease it with butter and line with parchment paper.

To prepare the batter -

Step 1 - Separate the egg whites and yolk in two bowls.

Step 2 - In a Sauce Pan, add milk, butter, cream cheese and heat it up with continue whisking on complete low flame, until it is melted and mixed well. Turn off the heat, remove from flame, stir in the flour and continue to whisk till the mixture is thick.

Add in the egg yolks and continue to whisk until pale in color and creamy in consistency.

Using a electric hand mixer, beat the egg whites till it is foam like. Add sugar and continue beating till you get sift peaks(should be silky in consistenvy).

Sppon out half of the egg whites in the milk, cheese mixture and continue to whisk.

Repeat it till all the egg whites is mixed well.

Pour the cheese cake batter in the prepared baking pan.

Boil water in a kettle and pour it in a baking tray to prepare water bath. Place the cheesecake pan in the baking tray. Keep it on a center rack of the oven.

Bake till well done between 120-150 Deg' for 40 Mins, Keeping a constant check on the temperature.
