Reshmi Kababs !!!!

Ingredients -
Chicken Cubes/Chunks
1 Cup Yogurt
1 Bunch Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Cilantro Leaves
2-3 Green Chilies
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
1 Whole Lemon Juice
Salt To Taste
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut Paste
Instructions -
Clean and wash the chicken cubes.
Clean and wash the mint leaves, cilantro and green chilies thoroughly to remove all the soil residues.
Put them in a mixer jar and blend to get a fine paste.
Transfer the washed chicken in a mixing bowl, add the grinded paste and mix well. Let it rest for about 1 Hour till the chicken soaks up the marinade.
Add yogurt, cashew nut paste, fresh cream, salt to taste and lemon juice.
Mix well to combine everything.
Leave to marinade for about 3-4 Hours
Once the chicken is ready for grilling, soak the wooden skewers in warm water for about 15 Mins.
Add olive oil in the marinated chicken and give a random stir.
Lay chicken cubes on the wooden skewers and grill till well done.
Serve hot with Mint Chutney, onion salad.
