GreenPeas & Cottage Cheese with Potatoes !!!

Ingredients -
1 Cup Cottage Cheese | 1 Cup Green Peas(wattis) | 1 Cup Onion Puree | 2 Cup Tomato Puree | 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste | 1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes | 1/2 Tsp Turmeric | 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi(Dried Fenugreek Leaves) | Oil For Cooking
Instructions - Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin and mustard seeds. Leave for 5 Mins till they starts crackling.
Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute till both onion and tomato puree is well cooked and the oil separates out.
In another pan, shallow fry the cottage cheese pieces till golden brown.
Once done, add them in the onion mix alongwith the green peas and all the spices.
Sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves and give a quick stir. Season with salt.
Serve Hot with Indian flat bread(Roti) and Pigeon Lentil.
Note - You can also add Potatoes, if required.
