Introduction

Am here to share my most amazing, beyond delicious recipe of Chocolate chip cookies which I tried for the very  first time and it turned out to be just amazing..

It is super simple to make and perfect for first time cookie bakers. It has crisp edges, chewy in the middle and simply delicious, thus making it a must try..

You just need the basic ingredients and a bowl, a spatula to bring the cookie mix together.

It has everything that a store brought cookie has and will be ready within less then an hour(Both prep and bake time).

Here is the recipe for it -

Ingredients - Make sure they are at room temperature

1 + 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour | 1 Pac Hershey's Semisweet ChocoChips | 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar | 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar | 120gm Lupark Unsalted Butter | 1 Egg at Room Temperature | 1 Tsp Baking Powder | 1 Tsp Baking Soda | Pinch Of Salt | 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence | 1 Tbsp Milk(Optional) | 1 Tsp Coco Powder(Optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar till light and pale in color. Add in the eggs(one at a time) and mix until well combined.

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coco powder in the butter-sugar mix. Add in vanilla essence and choc0 chips. Mix gently until just well combined.

Refrigerate the mixture for 15 Mins.

Line a baking tray with parchement paper. Scoop out the cookie mix on the prepared tray. Tap gently to shape the cookies..

Preheat the oven at 180 Deg' for about 15 Mins. Place the tray on the center rack and bake for 10 Mins at 180Deg'

Once done remove the tray from the oven and let it rest.

Store the cookies in a air tight container.
