Red Velvet CupCakes !!!
Ingredients -
2 Cup All Purpose Or Self rising flour | 2+1/2 Tbsp Coco Powder | 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder | 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda | 1/4 Cup Butter @Room Temperature | 8 Oz Castor Sugar | 3/4 Cup Butter Milk Or Laban | 1 Tsp Red Food Coloring | 5 Oz Milk | 1 Egg | 1 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Instructions - Sift together all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Add all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Whisk on high speed till everything is thick and creamy.
Add dry ingredients and gently fold in using a Spatula.
Using a electric hand mixer, beat on high speed till everything is well combined and pretty much thick in consistency.
Line a muffin tray with muffin liners. Scoop out the batter in each liner.
Preheat the oven at 180 Deg' for 15 Mins. Place the cake pan on center rack and bake till a inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
Once the cakes are baked, take them out of the oven immediately otherwise they will sink in the middle. Let them cool completely before you frost them.
