#RecipeOfTheDay "LambBones or Beef Bones Stew"_ is always there on our menu once a month. It is full of natural flavors..To make this, you need few basic ingredients. The juice coming out of the bones makes this stew super delicious and quite tempting.
Ingredients - Lamb/Beef & Bones - 1 KG |
Oil - 1 Cup | Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp(Roasted)
Some whole Garam Masala _Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon stick, Black Cardamom
Salt To Taste | Sliced Onions - 2-3 |Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
Powdered Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp | Lemon Juice - 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
Instructions - Clean and wash the bones thoroughly. Add it in a pressure cooker with all the other ingredients and enough water to form the gravy. Mix well and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles Or till the bones are completely cooked. Let the cooker rest to release the pressure naturally. Open the lid and let the remaining steam evaporate.
Cook the stew on low flame till oil separates out. Garnish with chopped cilantro and slitted green chilies.
Serve Hot with steamed rice..
