Grilled Beef Fillets 🥩🥩🥩

Am here, with yet another exciting #RecipeOfTheDay -- Grilled Beef Fillets, which is juicy, tender___ Served with a sweet tangy sauce and two sides "Mashed Potatoes and steamed/grilled veggies". This will be equally good like any Authentic Steak Dish

To make this you needBeef Fillets | Olive Oil | Mixed Herbs - Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary | Cayenne Pepper | Salt To Taste | Dried Parsley | Garlic Flakes | Salt to taste | Lemon Juice and Zest

For Sauce - 1 Tbsp Each - Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Worchestire Sauce, Honey, Tomato Ketchup, Dried parsley, Red Chili Flakes, Crushed Black Pepper, Salt to taste_if required (Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, cover with cling wrap and keep aside)

Method Clean and wash the beef fillets. Keep it on a kitchen towl and pat dry. Smash it with meat mallet to tenderize the fillets. 

In a bowl, add olive oil along with all the spices. Mix well to combine everything. Season the beef fillets with salt, pepper and red chili flakes Dip it in the prepared olive oil mix. Using a thong turn it upside down so that the fillets are well coated.

Turn on a electric grill to make it hot. Place the fillet on the grill and cook till it is well done with equal sear on both sides.

Serve hot with Balsamic venegar sauce, steamed/grilled veggies and mashed potatoes.

Note - You can add everything as per your taste buds.. No specific measurements, but make sure you add little herbs else it will overpower all the flavors.
