It is freaking hot hot and hot in Dubai with temperatures soaring. And the only thing that comes to mind in order to beat the heat is a bowl of luscious Ice Cream.

So here's a simple, delicious, no churn, without any complications recipe for HomeMade Strawberry IceCream as I Love Strawberries...

Ingredients -Β 1 Can of Nestle's Sweetened Condensed Milk |Β 2 Cups of Chilled Whipped Cream |Β 3 Cups of Driscoli's Strawberry Puree | 1 Cup of Finely Chopped Strawberries | a drop of Vanilla Essence(Optional)

Instructions - Take a plastic air-tight container and keep it in the freezer for min 2 Hours _ To make it super chill.

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients(accept chopped strawberries) and using a electric hand mixer, beat on medium high speed to mix eveything together and to get soft peaks.

Add chopped strawberries. Using a spatula, give it a random stir.

Take out the container from the freezer, remove the lid and pour the prepared cream mixture. Spread evenly and tap gently to remove excess air. Close the lid and freeze for several hours so that it is completely set.

Scoop out the icecream in a serving bowl, add some chopped strawberries, drizzle some hershey's chocolate sauce and Serve !!!
