Baked Salmon Fillets...

The most exotic protien available after Lobsters is definetly Salmon. Here is a simple yet delicious recipe for all the salmon lovers out there ---
Ingredients -
Salmon Fillets 3-4
1 Cup Plain Mayo
1/2 Tsp Djion Mustard(Optional)
Mixed Herbs
Red Chili Flakes
Salt To Taste
1 Tsp Dried Parsley
Olive oil Lemon Rings
Butter slices/cubes
Instructions : Step 1 - Preheat Oven at 250 Deg'.
Step 2 - Clean and Wash Salmon Fillets. Pat Dry and keep it in a plate.
Step 3 - In a bowl, add mayo, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, parsley. Season with salt. Mix well.
Step 4 - Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and grease with oil so that the fillets do not stick on it.
Step 5 - Place the fillets. Spread the prepared mayo mix evenly on it. Put lemon ring in the center of the fillet, followed by butter cubes(as shown in the attached pic.) Sprinkle additional chili flakes, dried parsley. Drizzle with olive oil.
You can also add potato wedges to serve as a side dish.
Place the tray in center rack of the oven and bake for exactly 15 Mins.
Turn off the oven, remove the tray and let the Salmon rest.
Serve Hot with steamed brocoli/Baby Carrots OR StirFry Veggies, Lemon Rice and Mayo Dip
