Roasted Veggies !!!
My today's recipe is about perfectly roasted or tray baked veggies which is so so delicious, full of flavors, super simple to make.
Ingredients - 1 Cup each - Bell Peppers(Red, Yellow, Orange, Green), Brocoli, Potatoes, Carrots, Baby Corn, Zucchini - Chopped in chunks. | 1 Whole Lemon Juice and Zest | Red Chili Flakes | Loads of dried Parsely | Salt To Taste | Olive Oil
Instructions - In a large mixing bowl combine all the veggies along with all the ingredients. Mix Well. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
Grease a baking tray with oil and spread the marinated veggies evenly.
Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle dried parsely and additional red chili flakes.
Preheat oven at 250 Deg' for 15 min and bake the veggies till well done.
Serve hot.
